I am trying to verify that my form 2553 was accepted last year by the IRS but can’t reach them by any means so far and never received confirmation in the mail. Also can’t find anything on its website. What’s the best way to get this information?

I have been trying to retrieve transcripts for 4 months I have sent in the form and I haven’t received it yet ,Is there a office here in phoenix that I can go to and get it? I need it for 2013 for my attorney.
I went to the office 2 times on central but they were shut down. Iam trying to resolve this issue but I am not having any luck and I called and the rep told me they don’t keep track of when they send out forms so that was another waste of time too. So as I asked Is there a place for me to go and get them personally?? Ive did my part and if someone is not doing there job they need to get out and let someone that wants to work !
