This IRS office is located inside the Richard C. White Federal Building in the Magoffin Historic District. The Richard C. White Federal Building is a 7 story low-rise building that was originally the City Market building built in 1916 where people came to the market to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. The building was demolished in the 1980s to make way for the Federal Building. The Federal Building was constructed in 1986.

How to make an appointment
If you require face-to-face service at the El Paso IRS office, you must call 844-545-5640 to schedule an appointment.
