How to make an appointment

If you require face-to-face service at an IRS office, you must call 844-545-5640 to schedule an appointment.

Once you make an appointment, you will receive an automated email confirming the day and time of your appointment.

Directions

The Building is on CitiPlace Drive, right off of Corporate Boulevard and College Drive. It is visible from the I-10/I-12 Interstate split. If you’re coming from College onto Corporate, Citiplace Centre should be the right, between Citiplace Dr. and Gates Circle. The IRS is located in the Brown and Root building, which once was the Hancock Bank building. Google maps often incorrectly shows the IRS office as being located on Balis Drive (near Perkins Road and College Drive) but this location is not correct.

  1. When I did my taxes I owed $5855.00, On May 3, I received a check for $1824.00 from the IRS.

Ineed help with my tax’s seen in all paper work call no answer they tell me they working on it then case is close give more number to call put me on hole hing up on me then they say we we will mail you a copy didn’t I need my tax’s talk with daily advocates they said was gone fix it call back case close ???????????????????? lord help

  3. it’s really sad how long it takes to get someone on the phone and then to have them not answer your questions. the call center’s workers are very rude and unprofessional, and then to have someone hang up on your because your are trying to explain why you are calling and what the letter say that you received is totally unacceptable.
