The Eau Claire city has a small IRS Office located close to the US highway 12. Despite being small, the office is located in quite a busy area of the city. Among the business locations that are nearby, many are diners. East on Folsom Street: Head west on Folsom Street toward 14th Street. After Epiphany Lane, the IRS Office will be on the left.
West on US-12E: Head east on US-12E toward Kane Road. At the 1st cross street turn right onto Kane Road and continue, then turn left onto W Folsom Street and continue. After N Clairemont Avenue, the IRS Office will be on the right.
North on Clairemont Avnue: Head south on N Clairemont Avenue toward Venture Drive. Turn left onto Folsom Street and continu driving. The IRS Office will be on the right shortly afterwards.
South on Clairemont Avenue: Head north on US-12 W/N Clairemont Avenue toward Cameron Street. Then turn right onto Folsom Street. Shortly afterwards, the IRS Office will be on the right.

Wednesday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a one hour lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm, and
Thursday 8.30 am to 12 pm.

I received a check in the mail for $854.13 with no explanation. I was not due a refund and in fact paid $898.00 this year. I cannot find any human to discuss this with and the automated services do not cover this topic. It’s no wonder the government is in debt!
