The Helena IRS Office is located by the south of W Lyndale Avenue, in between the Front Street and North Last Chance Gulch. The IRS Office is located at a 2-story commercial office building. Other government offices in the building include the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Taxpayer Advocate Service, US Social Security Administration, US Agricultural Statistics Services, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Environmental Protection Agency, US Labor Department, and US Small Business Administration.
Directions
East on E Lyndale Avenue: Head west on E Lyndale Avenue toward National Avenue. After half a mile, take a left turn onto North Last Chance Gulch/North Main Street. One quarter mile later, turn right at the 2nd cross-street onto West 15th Street. The IRS Office building will be on the right.
West on Euclid Avenue: Head southeast on Euclid Avenue toward Harrison Avenue. Continue onto West Lyndale Avenue, then after half a mile turn right onto North Last Chance Gulch/North Main Street. Finally, take a right turn at the 2nd cross-street onto West 15th Street and the IRS Office will be on the right.
North on North Benton Avenue: Head south on North Benton Avenue toward Centennial Trail. Upon arrival at the W Lyndale Avenue, make a left turn onto this road. Take a right turn onto North Last Chance Gulch/North Main Street. Then, finally turn right at the 2nd cross-street onto West 15th Street. The IRS Office will be on the right.
South on Interstate 15 North: Head northwest on I-15 North. Leave the interstate using Exit 193 for Cedar Street, and then turn left onto Cedar Street. Continue onto North Last Chance Gulch/North Main Street, then a mile later do take a right turn onto W 15th Street. The IRS office will be on the right.
Hours
Monday through Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12.30 pm to 1:30 pm. This office follows the federal holiday schedule.
