  1. I need a simple tax transcript showing that I did not file any tax return in 2018. I have not filed any tax returns since 2015 as I lost my husband and I only live on my social security income. I have to refinance my home and my mortgage company needs a tax transcript showing that you have no records of me filing a tax return for 2018. I have tried to use the on line tax transcript portocal but I have had no luck. If I drive to your office in the Lakeland Fl location can you provide me with a transcript showing that I did not file any income taxes for the year 2018. Please help me

  2. I’m presently at this office and had an appointment scheduled for 11:00am. I arrived earlier as instructed at 10:40am and I still have not been called. The security guard did not verify any information and only asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. I work 40 minutes away and left work to make my appointment only for it to close for lunch at 12;00 and still not be seen. All I need is a transcript which I cannot access online for some unknown
    Hey reason.
