Can you pick up a form for a LLC EIN number ON SITE without a appointment in Lynchburg Virginia
“You can apply for an EIN online (only for applicants in the U.S. or U.S. possessions), by telephone (only for applicants outside of the U.S. or U.S. possessions), by fax, or by mail, depending on how soon you need to use the EIN. Use only one method for each entity so you don’t receive more than one EIN for an entity.”

My father died back in November. He lived in NJ. I am now the executor of his estate. My letter from the IRS states I need to file a 1041, but I am not sure since none of his assets made income (he had a checking account worth roughly $1300 and an IRA that listed his ex-wife as the beneficiary). I have researched this on the IRS website but still do not understand this document. Can I setup an appointment at my local office for help with this issue?
