I have a former employer who refuses to send my W-2. I started contacting them at the end of January- when all of their employees had received their W-2s – and they told me it is in the mail. I later contacted the owner of the business, and I have not received it. How do I get this business to comply?

Can someone please contact me about getting some w2s or tax transcripts? Thanks.
