The Reno IRS Office is located in the busy downtown area of the city, and Truckee River flows just nearby. This IRS Office is in fact surrounded by many federal and non-federal offices, business locations, restaurants, eduofficcational institutes, healthcare, and many others. This is a commercial building for leasing, with a prominent presence of Regus Corporation other than IRS, and Wells Fargo Bank. This 9-story low rise building has a total of 117,780 square feet of floor space and a wide open panoramic sight of the Truckee Meadows, Downtown Reno, and Sierra Mountains. All modern amenities like high speed fiber data connectivity and 480 KVA generator etc. are equipped for tenants. Some of the nearby locations are US Bank Branch, Washoe County Library, La Famiglia Ristorante Italiano, Second Judicial District Court, and Bruce R. Thompson Courthouse and Federal Building etc.


East on Ryland Street: Head west on Ryland Street toward Kirman Avenue for half a mile, then turn left onto East Liberty Street. After a quarter mile, turn right onto S Virginia Street. The IRS Office building will be on the right.

West on Liberty Street: Head east on California Avenue toward Gordon Avenue. Upon arrival, turn left onto S Arlington Avenue. Shortly afterwards, turn right onto W Liberty Street. Quarter miles later, turn left onto S Virginia Street. The IRS Office will be on the right.

North on Wells Avenue: Head south on N Wells Avenue toward E 6th Street. Take a right turn onto Ryland Street, then take a left turn onto E Liberty Street. Finally, turn right onto S Virginia Street. The IRS Office will be on the right.

South on Plumas Street: Head north on Plumas Street toward Caliente Street for little more than half a mile, then continue onto S Sierra Street. Take a right turn onto W Liberty Street, few hundred feet later turn left onto S Virginia Street. The IRS Office will be on the right.


Monday through Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
