  4. I have years ago set up a money market account for my granddaughter’s college. She will start in Sept. How do I make out my checks so I can claim them on my Fed Tax Return each year. (Do I make then out to the school, directly, or can I make them out to my granddaughter)

  5. Seems as though IRS lost our return as we have not received our refund. Sent our return early April by certified mail which was received. Sent a copy of return in July by certified mail which was received by IRS. All tries online say no information. What should I do?
