Hi All, Can someone tell if San Jose IRS office is accepting walk-in for ITIN application. Since there is no live assistance, I was not able to make an appointment.
As of 6/17/20, all IRS TAC offices, including the San Jose office are still closed due to Covid-19.

Seems as though IRS lost our return as we have not received our refund. Sent our return early April by certified mail which was received. Sent a copy of return in July by certified mail which was received by IRS. All tries online say no information. What should I do?
