I called for an appointment, The lady was very rude and mean on the phone. She at first was going to make me drive over 2 hours away and then found an appointment at the Savannah location that is less than 15 minutes away. She said that I would receive an email from her and from the local office. I have yet to see either email. Can I just walk in and request an appointment?
