  1. My bank direct deposit account number has been changed due to the bank changing names. How do I let the IRS know as I have a refund due for 2021? Thank you.

  2. I am full-time college student and I mailed off a request for transcript Form 4506-T, for verification of non-filing the first week of July. I have yet to get a response back as I need this letter in order to qualify under the CalVet program in the state of California as my dad is a retired Air Force veteran.

I am currently in Sioux Falls SD, as that is where my parents live now, due to COVID but I am returning to CA for school in late September. Is there an IRS center locally that I can go to in order to get this letter or check on status.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
