  1. Yes im getting asked to provide my tax documents for last year but last year i didnt file i only made 3000$ how do i go about it cuz ther going to hold my taxes for the current year untill i shoe proof of filing

  2. Please help me:

    My name is XXXXXXXXXXX
My Social Security # is: XXXXXXXXXXXX
I am a disabled veteran and have not been employed by anyone since 2000.
In 2016, on Amazon, I earned $1939.86 on a 1099 form. I filed my 2016 tax return properly.
In November, 2018 The IRS contacted me and said a financial institution informed the IRS I had $10,350 in a bank account and I did not disclose it on my tax return.
Quote: “We received information from third parties such as employers, or financial institutions that doesn’t match the information you reported on your tax return.” They are alleging I failed to disclose on line 43 $10,350.00. I have never had $10,350 in any bank account nor worked for anyone in 2016.

I have repeatedly contacted the IRS by mail demanding they send me proof where who has said I worked for them in 2016 or the bank that says I had $10,350 in an account with my name and social security number.
Instead, they keep demanding $2,000 plus tax penalties.
How can I get the IRS to send me proof I worked for someone in 2016 or where the financial institution is that held $10,350 in my name and social security number?
I have called the IRS 7 days a week at all hours every day since November, 2018 and am put on hold and 30 minutes later, disconnected.

I deeply appreciate any help you can provide me with. The Fresno IRS Phone # that never answers is: 1-800-829-8310

  3. I file my taxes on February 8th 2019 but i still have not received my federal tax yet. I have checked online on refund status and it says it is still processing and still has not given me a date. When will i receive my federal tax?
