I went to the Wilmington office once prior and the agent was very, very helpful and nice. I recommend them to anyone experiencing confusion or problems. One of my children went to the Chapel Hill location and did not have a good experience.
No one place is all good or all bad, if it was during Covid or EVERYONE ELSE IS OUT you surely should have been called. NOTE: YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. If the agent is disdainful and unhelpful, politely ask for another.
We had a scheduled appt, drive 2 hours, to be told the office was closed, everyone was sick! We have been trying to make another appt and talk to someone for over a month now. We need desperately to speak to someone.
