  1. 3 years ago my two siblings and I each paid 45,000 to buy our parents house. My brother set up an LLC as I was going to rent it. I did for three years+. This year I moved out of town and since we weren’t selling, I took a buyout for the same amount. I’ve used 10,000 for moving and other expenses. What do I need to do with the rest to avoid having a large tax. I have SS and 401 income. Can I give a gift to my kids?
