I need help with a 2020 tax refund. They did not refund me the amount they should have. I have tried calling their number with no luck. I have tried going to the website with no luck. How do I get help?
Sometimes calling early in the morning helps.
You can also look at your 2020 account transcript: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript It should show if there were any tax offsets, for example.
I am having trouble filling out my 2018 taxes. I used an online tax filing system and they keep getting kicked back to me. Where can I go for help? This is my first time doing taxes on my own since a divorce and I am pretty confused as to why it is this complicated. Thanks in advance
