  1. I am attempting to request an appointment; how do I do so if the number to call for an appointment keeps disconnecting me? Thank you!

  2. I ‘efiled’ my 2018 Fed tax return using turbotax. Somehow my husbands first name was omitted and I didn’t catch it until I went to check why my tax payment had not been processed from my bank account. How do I correct this? Do I file an amended return and mail it or do I efile again? Please help.

  3. We paid off our past taxes but are still being garnished after two months. Can this be resolved on line? Trying to go in to see someone in person is no longer user friendly.
