  1. Can you please tell me if someone is out of the country do they need to file an extension? What are the steps that they need to take, the person will be back at the end of April.
I have tried calling and looking but we want to make sure the information that we found is correct and from what we read he has two months to complete his taxes which he will do immediately after he come home. Please let me know.

  2. My mother, my wife, and myself have not yet received our W-2’s for 2018. We all live at the same residence. Are some w-2’s being mailed late?
Thank you for any response, and your time.

    • Employers filing 250 or more Forms W-2 must file electronically unless granted a waiver by the IRS. All employers are encouraged to file Forms W-2 electronically. The due date is January 31.

You should reach out to your employer.
